What is Deal Athletics?
Deal Athletics is a bodyweight workout you play like a card game. You draw from a 55-card deck, and each card is one set of an exercise. It runs in your browser, needs no account, and needs no equipment.
How does a card become a workout?
The card color picks the kind of training: red for strength, yellow for power, green for athletic work, and blue for conditioning. The number sets the work, such as reps or seconds. Special cards add reps, add rest, skip a card, or let you choose.
Is it for beginners?
Yes. You choose a training level from Beginner to Elite, and each move changes to a matching variation. A beginner might do an incline push-up where an advanced player does an archer push-up. Every move has an animated guide with form cues.
What is the Daily Deal?
The Daily Deal is one hand dealt from the date, so everyone who plays on the same UTC day gets the same workout.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Multiplayer modes such as Player Challenge and Team Relay share one device. They don't connect online opponents.
