Terms of use

Deal Athletics is a free bodyweight workout website operated by Canworks LLC, an Indiana company. These terms apply to dealathletics.com, including Classic Play, Daily Deal, exercise guides, and local Multiplayer games. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.

The current service

There are no user accounts, paid purchases, online opponents, public posts, or native mobile apps in the current site. Workouts and Multiplayer matches run in your browser, and progress is stored on your device. You can use the game without giving us an email address. Optional email updates require a separate signup and confirmation when that feature is available.

Fitness and competition

Exercise instructions and animated figures are general fitness information, not medical advice or a personalized program. You decide whether a movement and intensity are appropriate for you. Stop when a movement causes pain or your form breaks down, and review the health and safety guidance. In Multiplayer, players report their own completion; the site does not verify results, form, or fairness. No fitness outcome or match result is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, misuse the signup form, or try to obtain another person’s information. You may share links to public pages and your own results. The site is not a gambling or wagering service.

Content and intellectual property

Canworks LLC owns or licenses the site’s original code, text, artwork, and Deal Athletics branding. You may use the site for personal workouts and share ordinary links to it. Third-party assets, including Phosphor icons (MIT licence) and Google Fonts, keep their own licenses. Contact us for permission before selling or republishing substantial site content or branding.

If you send us a suggestion or report a problem, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the site without compensation. You keep ownership of any content you send us. The current site does not let visitors publish posts or upload workout media.

Availability and local data

We may correct exercises, change rules, or update the site. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser, or your device; keep any backup you need. We cannot recover a local workout history that is no longer on your device.

We may restrict abusive access to the site or its email signup endpoint to protect the service. There is no account to suspend or terminate in the current version.

Our privacy policy explains local storage, hosting, and optional email signup. Links to outside sites or services are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.

Corrections and disclaimers

We try to keep exercise descriptions, game rules, and other information accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct it without notice. The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Canworks LLC does not make warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular fitness goal. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability and disputes

Exercise carries inherent physical risk. Choose movements and intensity within your abilities, use a safe space, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, Canworks LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site interruptions, lost local data, or use of the site.

Indiana law governs these terms to the extent applicable law permits. If a disagreement arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights to bring a claim in court.

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, email privacy@dealathletics.com with the work you own, the specific page or material at issue, your contact information, and an explanation of your concern. We will review the notice and respond as appropriate under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above shows the latest revision. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
